The SellerSource Giftboard provides a free forum for the exchange of ideas, information, product knowledge, sources and more for those in the gift industry.
All are welcome in the general forum. Regardless of where you are in the chain of supply… from the craftsperson or manufacturer who produces the product, to the road reps and showroom folks, to the retailer selling to the final purchaser, we are all part of the gift industry family. Our free forum is a safe harbor in which all are urged to not only view, but participate.
We do require registration to view & participate. You must supply a valid e-mail address to which we will send your initial password. Freebie e-mail providers like Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN and mail.com are not allowed; please register using your ISP e-mail address. We do this because the free e-mail providers are overzealous in their filtering, and often lose mail. Our communications are important and we do not want your messages to be lost.
You may change the password if you wish. Your e-mail address is hidden from other users, and you can choose whether you wish to receive e-mail from others. There is an internal messaging system within the forum which you are also welcome to activate on your account, and use to contact other members.
To register, we do ask for the name and location of your business. We do this so that as we interact with one another, we can get an idea of the background of the person posting. Someone who runs a pharmacy gift area will probably have a much different background and experience than someone who runs a high-end home decor business.
There is a profile area where you can tell us more about yourself. If you wish, you are welcome to post your interests, background, hobbies, and set up a custom signature.
We welcome all! As a community of those who make our livings in the same industry, the more general information we have on each other, the better we can come together for the benefit of all.
